Do we really need Mediums?

Do we really need Mediums to come with us on investigations?

Do they hinder or help the investigation?

What are you views

I could be biased but I think that we do need mediums doing investigations. Not only can they pick up on images of what has happened on a location, but also feelings. Spirits find it easier taliking to mediums and sometimes I do find that we get so much more out of an investigation with mediums rather than not having one around.

I'm no medium (I'm an XXL) but I've gotten feelings and I have also said things which have been right......

Sometimes I think that the Mediums can hinder the investigation, as we are too busy listening to what they say and dont really try to find other evidence to prove that their is something else in the premises

I think what we should do from now on, is everyone has a pen and paper and if they pick anything up they should write it down and then when we have a break discuss it then. That way we may get more evidence of noises, taps etc.

No Claire, dont worry!! But I do think that it would be interesting to run it as an experiment to see if we can get the same information written down, because sometimes people can agree with a medium because they want to rather than working themselves?

I also think that it would help those that arent as confident and are worried about getting anything wrong, to speak up.
Not just that but its alot easier when it comes to writing the reports!

Well it does look like there isnt going to be an investigation for Feb, so maybe for the March one!

Yep, I think that this is a good idea as well. I went to an investigation years ago and that's what we did there. I had forgotten this. We all met up at the end and went through what we had seen. It was really interesting, especially when people got the same things in different groups.
