I always think that if you are channelling you are not in a trance state!

Trance is when a Spirit is able to take over you so that they can communicate, this is either done by changing of your face or features, words that are used are used by the Spirit and not done in your way. Also Trance can also change your voice so that it is the voice of the Spirit.

Channelling is mainly done by you and is a lighter version of Trance, and this can be done with practice, with the right people and the right situation.

I think that makes sense??
