how can i open up more

i would like to be able to open up more but find it hard to find the time. i know there is always someone with me cos when i ask for somthing im allways put in the right dirrection. can it be wanting somthing to much?

There are many ways in which you can open up more, but the first thing that you need to learn is to close yourself down.

This is one of the most important things to learn, as you are the control. You need to learn to do this first. Dont worry, Spirits will not leave you, they will be back but you must rest from time to time!

What you need to do is just start talking to your guide. You maybe lucky and hear a responce, but this could take a while. Just let them know what you are looking to do, and the questions that you have. You will get an answer in one way or another, but please be this all takes time!
