Someone I used to work with had a bad car accident on monday morning and is in hospital, several things have been broken including nose and sternum (the makers of extreme makeover will be dissapointed!!)

Anyway if i could has for some healng for Kate thanks - I dont like the woman but from what I've heard she needs some help.
